Do I just pay the flat fee and you set up everything including location?
We will setup everything excluding the location. If location assistance is needed we can discuss via the first setup call. Paddles and balls will be provided.
Will there be light snacks and waters provided?
Yes. We will provide these during the clinic session.
How many pro players will there be in each package?
Package one - 1 Pro player (Brandon)
Package two - 2 Pro players
Package three - 3 Pro players
How does the payment process work?
For payment, half of the funds are due upon booking. This can be paid via check, debit, or venmo. The remaining funds are due upon the completion of the event.
What pre-work is required for each individual before showing up?
There will be an injury waiver form sent via email that needs to be filled out prior to joining the event.The event coordinator will also be sent a form to fill out with skill level (never played, beginner, etc.) for each player. This will be used to determine the tournament pairings.
What type of attire is needed?
Athletic shorts and shirt along with tennis shoes, basketball shoes or running shoes.
How do I know what dates are available for booking?
Just add the desired dates to the form request and someone will confirm availability within 48 hours.
